Astro Carpet and Turf Mills, founded in 1991,  started during a period when miniature golf was a popular family pastime, and the demand for durable, low-maintenance surfaces was on the rise. Initially, miniature golf courses used natural grass or rougher artificial surfaces, which required regular upkeep. Astro Carpet Mills  have emerged as a pioneer in providing custom-designed synthetic turf specifically tailored for mini-golf courses, offering a more resilient alternative to cheap alternatives.

Expansion and Innovation (1990s)

In the 1990s, as synthetic turf technology improved, we expanded our offerings to include a wider variety of turf types. The advancements in materials meant that turf could better mimic the look and feel of real grass, while being more durable and weather-resistant.
